A little about me.

I’m Jess — founder of HumanSync. and a long-time people, culture and operational leader based in Tauranga.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked across teams and leadership roles — often in the middle of growth, change or complexity.

Again and again, I saw the same pattern:

Smart, capable people working incredibly hard…yet held back by unclear priorities, misaligned leadership and reactive ways of working that simply hadn’t been designed.

That realisation shaped HumanSync.

I care deeply about helping people experience work in a way that feels clear, energising and meaningful, while still delivering the outcomes organisations need to thrive.

I’m known for bringing energised clarity to complexity, asking the questions that matter, and working alongside people in a grounded, practical way that builds confidence and ownership — not dependency.
